Unlike many of our competitors that show an inflated price and the “discounted” price or the “club” price, we have only one low price all the time, unless the item is really on sale – then our prices are so low, you won’t believe it! Even our regular prices are usually the same or less than our competitors’ “discounted” prices - please shop and compare! Plus, there are NO HIDDEN EXTRA CHARGES, no taxes, no handling charges, and no insurance charges. All currency is in United States Dollars (USD). In the event of a part priced wrong Live 2 Ride Motorcycle Parts will notify customer of any price change before processing credit card payment

This is because we cannot control price increases from our distributors (we will not charge you the increased price without notifying you first). We are not responsible for typographical or image errors.

Due to unreasonable costs and restrictions, Live 2 Ride Motorcycle Parts does not offer a C.O.D. service at this time.

Snail Mail
Orders paid with money orders or cashier’s checks will be processed the same day as received. Please allow 14-21 business days for personal checks to clear your bank. Please do not send cash! If you disregard this and send us cash anyway, we will all go out to the bar and spend it. Thanks for the drinks!


How do I know the cost of international shipping?
If you wish to know the cost of sending an international order, please email us using contact us with SKU and your shipping address, we will email you the shipping cost within 1 business day. Please check your email – customers who do not respond within 7 days will have the order cancelled. Once we receive your email ( or phone approval (480*999-4948) we will ship your order.

How are shipping rates calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated based on actual and dimensional weights. Dimensional weight is determined by using the International Air Transportation Association (IATA) volumetric standard. We attempt to keep the package size to a minimum when possible. In some areas UPS has an extended area delivery charge of $20.00 in addition to the normal shipping charge.

How can I pay for my international orders?
Live 2 Ride Motorcycle Parts is unable to send any order C.O.D. on international orders. Payment due must be received by Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal in U.S. funds at time of placing order. For details for wire transfers please email Your order will be shipped once payment has been received. *We reserve the right to cancel any credit order and request payment in advance.

Canadian customers
All Canadian orders are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service). We WILL NOT SHIP via USPS postal service. This is due to delays in customs, damage and lost goods. The customer is responsible for all additional fees imposed by the Canadian government. 

Shipping to APO / FPO Alaska, Hawaii and Canada
these orders (APO/FPO, Hawaii and Alaska) are shipped via insured postal priority mail. Additional shipping charges may occur if the difference between UPS shipping to the port of departure is less than the Priority Postal rate.


Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the initial order date.

All returns must have a Returned Merchant Authorization (R.M.A.). To obtain an R.M.A., call 480-999-4948. Please write the RMA number on the package so it can be processed properly. Items must be returned in their original packaging and include all original hardware, instructions, etc... There is no refund on shipping.

If for some reason you receive an incorrect item, please call our Customer Service Department. Please have your invoice, merchandise and packaging with you at the time of the call. If it is our mistake, we will exchange the item at no charge.

When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued.  Item must be returned in new undamaged condition.

You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.

If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery* we will refund the full cost of the merchandise minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

If the item has been opened or shows signs of wear you may be subject to a partial refund and/or charges of both original shipping and return fees. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may not qualify for refunds.

Expect to receive the refund within four weeks from shipping your return to This includes conservative estimates of the time required for the return shipping, inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or Credit Card Company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund. You will receive your refund via the form of payment that you used.

Electronics items must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the purchase date.

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty. Your shipping charges will be waived.

All items must be returned in new and the original packaging. All accessories in the original shipment must be included. (I.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.).

All returns must be sent freight pre-paid. No collect shipments will be accepted. Please insure the returned part for its full value to protect you against loss.

When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s) in paper, place in a sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package. Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will not be accepted.

Please note: all special orders are final sale. We will not accept returns on any special orders.


We honor all warranty claims according to each manufacturer’s policy. Since we sell products from literally hundreds of manufacturers, it is impossible to list them all separately here. If you wish to know the warranty policy for any particular part before placing your order, please ask any of our customer service representatives.

There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Bluing or discoloration is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, and so forth, and is NOT caused by defective manufacturing. Once you have started your motorcycle, there is no refund on exhaust pipes and mufflers, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
